Fill a glass with ice. Add Saskatoon Gin, Chambord and lemon juice, then top with lemonade. Stir gently and finish with four frozen blackberries.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the gin, liqueurs and juices, then top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with an orange wheel.

Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Add the gin, simple syrup and bitters, then stir. Rub an orange peel around the rim and garnish with the peel and a frozen black cherry.

Pickling spices and Thai chili bring a savoury kick to a Caesar.
Rim a tall glass with Caesar salt and fill with ice. Add vodka, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, then top with Clamato and stir. Finish with a lime wedge and pickled bean.

Rim half a rocks glass with Tajín. Add the vodka, juices and a pinch of Tajín to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the glass.
