Welcome to Snake Lake Brewing Co.’s online store. By accessing or using our website (https://snakelake.beer), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Legal Age to Purchase Alcohol

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages on our site. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal drinking age in Alberta.

  • You will not supply alcohol purchased from our store to any persons under the legal drinking age.

We reserve the right to request valid government-issued ID upon delivery or pickup.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Alcohol delivery is available within Alberta only.

  • A government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if:

  • The recipient appears intoxicated

  • The recipient is underage

  • ID cannot be verified

Unsuccessful deliveries due to age verification may result in restocking fees or forfeiture of order.

4. Compliance with AGLC Regulations

Snake Lake Brewing Co. operates under the authority of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order that violates provincial regulations.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snake Lake Brewing Co. is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of our products or non-compliance with these Terms.

 

8. SMS Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Snake Lake Brewing Company Inc.’s SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Snake Lake Brewing Company Inc. These messages may include product releases, limited-time offers, taproom promotions, event updates, order-related reminders, and other marketing messages.

You must be of legal drinking age in your province or territory to subscribe to or receive SMS messages from Snake Lake Brewing Company Inc. Alcohol-related SMS content is intended only for individuals of legal drinking age.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
