At Snake Lake Brewing Co., we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Due to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulations, we are unable to accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have left our premises or been delivered.
Alcohol Purchases

All alcohol sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@snakelake.beer or call us at (403) 858-1159.

We may request photo documentation to process replacements or refunds.
Merchandise & Non-Alcohol Products

Merchandise (e.g., apparel, glassware) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided items are:

Unused

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
