Crafted using the traditional kettle souring method, this vibrant sour ale strikes a masterclass in balance. We've layered the deep, jammy richness of blackberries with the distinct, subtly nutty character of the locally beloved saskatoon berries. A bright, crisp of fresh lemon cuts through the berry sweetness, leaving a refreshing citrus zest on the palate.
