Ouroboros Barrel-Aged Tripel on Brett

Ouroboros; often depicted as a snake eating its own tail, it symbolizes the cyclical nature of life, death, and rebirth. Its winding figure-eight hints at infinity, a subtle nod to our eight-year journey.

By aging a previous beer in red wine barrels, new life was brought back into this brew, creating a Barrel-Aged Tripel on Brett. This 9.1% extra strong beer has notes of red wine, tropical fruits like pineapple, and a strong Brett character with light tartness. Perfect for sharing with a loved one.
