Ember Amber Lager

Brewed in honour of our local fire department, this collaboration bridges tradition
and local pride. Built on a classic Altbier recipe, we fermented it cold with Weihenstephan 34/70 lager
yeast for an exceptionally clean, crisp finish. It pours a deep reddish-amber hue. Expect rich toasted
malt, gentle biscuits, and subtle caramel sweetness, perfectly balanced by a restrained bitter snap.

4.5% alc/vol, IBU 35, SRM 13.5
