We brewed this porter in 2018- the year that Snake Lake Brewing first opened it's doors to the public. Aged on a heavy amount of cocoa nibs, we called it "Cocoa Porter". It was only ever available on tap. We pulled off a small portion for aging, adding raspberry and blueberry puree, and a blend of our house mixed culture. It's been patiently aging and souring ever since. We're thrilled with the result and very excited to share this sour porter with you as we toast our 5th anniversary and all that lies ahead.
