Brett Farmhouse Ale

A mixed fermentation Saison brewed with a blend of 3 saison strains, and our house brettanomyces and bacteria culture. Large kettle additions of Saaz and aged hops, steel conditioned for 8 months, then blended with a small portion of golden sour. 

Blending ratio:

85% Farmhouse

15% Red wine barrel aged golden sour

6.2% alc/vol, IBU 40, SRM 4
