A sour golden ale that was re-fermented with Grenache and Pinot Noir grape must and aged for 22 months before being blended with a red wine barrel-aged farmhouse ale that had aged for 26 months. Moderate acidity, bright fruit flavours and floral aromas create a drinking experience similar to a natural rosé.

Rosé gets a lot of flak for being “too girly” and “too sweet.” We think that’s a bit unfair, as we’ve enjoyed our fair share of sips across the spectrum of dry to sweet, ranging in colour from barely blushing to orange, to berry-pink. This brew takes it’s inspiration from the best qualities in those bottles. It has depth and complexity, and took a whole lot of time to get here. We promise it’s more than just a pretty face.
